Hi thanx to the poster who emailed me a copy of the software -- Yes it does process D30's faster (although not 2X) The white balance trick also works.

Early reports were suggesting that the old D30 capture DLLs were still being used for D30 raw captures and any new code was only used for 1D image processing. Bruce Henderson (Yarc fame) wrote a tiff difference utility that allows any differences between two tiff images to be magnified and examined. You might find that utility handy when doing your test. http://www.roava.net/~henderbc/yarc.htm
