need to know how to create web based slideshow asap

the soundslides looks like a nice presentation, but i have a real specific list of things to hit. just downloaded it, i will play with it later.

this all came about because a client said if i could offer the same service he would rather give me the biz, so im out to make something like theirs and hopefully a few things better.

Soundslides is where it's at for this kind of thing. If you look at the forum page, there's lots of stuff where people have put the slide show flash movie together in Soundslides, and then inserted the flash movie into a custom designed page.

I'm reflecting on the dollars, and wondering how well this might pay.

The example page has 29 images, I'm guessing as a pro you'd spend 30 minutes on site and allow maybe 30 minutes travelling time, so maybe an hour of your day? At $225 that's $7.75 per image before any time is spent putting the show together or paying hosting/domain costs.

Hmm... Seems too cheap?
