Does PayPal have a phone number/real address?

When I receive one of those pay pal emails, I forward it to paypal at "spoof@paypal.com" This will notify paypal of the email and they can add it their collection for possible legal action.

I used to do that, but I just realized it's been a long time since I've received one, so somebody's doing something effective to reduce such traffic.
