Software for pricing photos

At an event I was covering yesterday, I was talking to the other photographer there about establishing a price for the use of a photograph. She mentioned that she had seen some software that allowed you to give the details of the use that the customer wanted to put the photo to (e.g. cover of a magazine, sized X by Y, circulation X thousands, number of uses, etc) and it would come back with a suggested price range to charge for the photo.

She couldn't remember what the software was called, and I can't find it with a Google search. Does anyone know what it is, and if it is any good.

Thanks for any help.

David.

Yep, fotoQuote is probably what she was talking about:
fotoQuote Pro, the Industry Standard for Pricing Photography

If you are a PhotoShelter user (or considering it) one of their features is built-in fotoQuote:
PhotoShelter™ - Photographer Newsletter

.

This was posted on this forum about 7-10 months ago.
Can't remember exactly which particular forum it went into.
Good Luck

Re: Software for pricing photos

Thanks to all of you.

Fotobiz is exactly what I was looking for and I have gone ahead bought a copy of their pricing software. It's really nice to have something objective to look at when pricing photos.

Thanks again.
