Does anyone subscribe to Photo District News? If so, what field of photography do you practice: studio/commercial, weddings, travel/outdoor, nature/wildlife, music/musicians/artists?

It's a great magazine, but very technically oriented. I never miss an issue.

I've subscribed for years-- as an assistant, and now as a food photographer for advertising, commercial, and editorial clients. It can be hit or miss at times, but it's generally a good feel on the pulse of the photo industry.

Thanks for the responses. I ask because it is pretty expensive at $65 a year. My business is still in the "getting off the ground" stage so I am concerned about controlling expenses until I have steady, recurring income.
