Help us out a little bit here. What is Newscom and why would any of us be using it?

I incorrectly assumed that Newscom was better known. My apologies.
Nescom is (and I quote from their website):

"NewsCom is a world leader in providing publishers with high-quality content from a wide variety of global sources. Among its services are content sales and subscription delivery. Established in 1985, NewsCom delivers content to over 2,200 publishers around the world. It also hosts websites for a diverse group of content suppliers and syndicates."

I have been offered to sign up with them; hence my interest to find out about them.

All,

We've been using Newscom as our North American distributor for about six months. I first became acquainted with the people behind them when KRT was a client of ours in the late 1990s.

So far, so good. Sales are not great, but they are steady. I'm constantly surprised by the size and depth of their client base. Not at all what I expected.
