Spam help

In the past 10 days I'm getting inundated with Nigerian junk. Every message is from a different .com site and each message, subject and sender are unique. I haven't had this problem in a long time. I've upped my general blocking as high as I can without risking blocking emails from customers. Anyone else getting this? Any advice or just delete and forget it???

I use Cloudmark Messaging Security—Block Spam, Fraud, Phishing & Viruses. It costs $40 per year.

I find that I get very few false positives and almost all spam is caught.
