Re: Professional slideshow software?

Hi Doug

I've just spoken to Dave at the company. They are event photographers and been using software for a long time but only just going into retailing it and haven't set a price yet so not on the website.

As explained on their website it auto updates to show new images loaded. Interestingly you can set it to show X number of images which will be the newest ones. I particularly like how you can add advertising slides within the show but also have latest images being shown, sounds well thought out. As you say the aspect ratio issue is also important if it's going to look professional.

I've sent Dave a link to this thread so he can answer any of your questions.

Duncan

Re: Professional slideshow software?

Thanks - does this mean we're Beta testers and it's free??

Interesting that so many of the Event software is coming form the UK. I know a fair number of guys shooting there. Over here, it seems that 'event' photos are all done with cellphones and the idea of buying a print is weird.

I'm currently working on trying to get a job for a Hooters golf tournament. They have a photographer who is willing to do it for free - hmmm...
