I haven't used RentGlass.com but I have used Lensrentals.com and was very please with their service, terms and the ability to include rental insurance on the item for little more than the rental.

They had the product, shipped it when they said, it was in great shape. They include round-trip shipping of the lens as part of the price and don't charge separately for time in transit.

I had to extend a rental and it was approved via email and they quoted the price.

Good products, fast shipping and great service. To say the least, I was very happy about the experience and they had the very specialized lens that I needed for the job.
