shooting halloween scenes

Any tips on getting halloween exposures? there will be lots of pumpkins and such along with nice fire. What ISO do you find to be the most effective without getting to noisy.

You don't say what kind of depth your group of kids will have. I plant 3 wireless flash units in my yard out at about 25 feet from the line of travel and bang away at about 1/30 or less and use manual exposure on the camera flash and automatic on my Vivitar slaves. I'm not selling the pics, so I only have to please myself.

JUst general type shots, lots of c/u of pumpkin faces and people around a fire, will probably shoot 800 and us strobe and slow shutter, will take it from there
