It was paid for an event I did for Rolland after 30 days

Although Roland reluctantly paid me after I suggested I would expose him for who he really is on the forums now he has attempted to get his money back through PayPal by claiming there was equipment missing from his photobooth that was sent back to him. The problem is he made this claim some two months after he got his equipment back from me. There was no equipment missing from his photobooth. He is trying to intimidate me because I will not remove my original comment about his deceptive business practices. He attempts to smear anyone who holds him accountable in paying his people for running his photobooths. I suggest anyone who still wants to work for him should demand payment upfront.

Rolland Elliot is currently under investigation by the North Carolina Attorney General (File No. 0809692). He has also been named one of the 6 worst businesses by the Charlotte Better Business Bureau: Charlotte, NC: News Archive

Rolland Elliot defrauded me out of $115 and a lens. He does not return phone calls or emails.

Google "Rolland Elliot" to see the dozens of complaints about him over the past several years. He is an embarrassment to the photographic profession and should be shunned.
