Canon EOS Rebel T1i DSLR Review - Macworld
With a 15.1 megapixel CMOS sensor powered by a DIGIC 4 Image Processor, the newest Canon Rebel, the T1i, packs HD Video along with Canon know-how for uncompromised still image quality. The T1i has a built-in flash but when needed can also accept a bigger strobe via the built-in Hot Shoe. A 3" display allows for easy viewing.
"For the most part, the T1i’s body isn’t that different from that of its predecessor, the EOS Rebel XSi. The T1i is a very compact camera that doesn’t sacrifice comfort or stable shooting to achieve its small footprint."

So the new Canon G11 has been announced and people are looking - including me! But I have been carrying the G10 in my pocket for the past year or so and it has gotten to be a habit to grab my keys, wallet, a quarter (gotta have some cash) and the G10. Without it now I don't feel dressed.

Digital photography has taken over as the main photographic method today. Ironically, go back just a few short years and most of us were shooting film, buying film, developing film, and getting prints for all out efforts.
