Canon EOS 5D Mark II vs Nikon D700 Shoot-Out Review - Gizmodo

In one corner is the Canon EOS 5D Mark II with 21.1-megapixels. In the other corner is the Nikon D700 with 12.1 of resolution. The price is sub-$3000 for either one. But, if you had to choose one or the other could you make that decision?

"...both of these cameras will blow your mind with their high-ISO performance. Both go up to a ridiculous 25,600 ISO rating. The magic does not lie in their gaudy top-range though..."
